Ensure all factory systems & standards for reporting are up to date and completed on time and in full for timely decisions to be made.  Through immediate and long-term targets, plan, coordinate and action process & operational improvements within the manufacturing team. 


Job Description

Role and Activity

  • Ensure all production issues are logged on frontline and corrective action is planned and implemented.
  • Ensure all internal and external daily, weekly, monthly, etc. reporting is updated on time and in full. 
  • Ensure data accuracy within reporting data
  • Support functional teams in any data analysis & guidance needed
  • Maintain and update operational record keeping system
  • Work cross functionally while troubleshooting, updating and maintaining factory standards
  • Support any operational issues and projects as required.
  • Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees.
  • Ensure that you’re working practices comply with company rules and procedures in order that you and any other persons using your area of work can do so safely.

Levels of responsibility

  • Process improvement documentation, systems & training
  • Maintaining factory systems & standards for reporting
  • Factory Coaching/auditing standards/processes to ensure data accuracy
  • Support production through problem solving
  • Coordinate and support action execution
