JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary:
The Production Finance Manager supports Production, Operation and accounts team in production planning,
Budgeting (forecasting) and reporting. The position deals with highly confidential financial and proprietary
information and interacts with all levels Senior Management, Physical Production, Post-Production, VFX, Tax,
Development, Business Affairs, Legal and other business units of the Company.
Essential Responsibilities:
Direct Responsibility will include end to end project management. Following are the desired requirement for

Play major role in production planning of the project from Bid to delivery of the project
Employee /Resource Planning for the project (Forecast and actual roster management)
Project costing
Keeping a tight control on resource employed on the project and reporting the same
Manage production invoices with follow up and confirmation
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
Prepare monthly financial management reports including financial statement summaries and financial
and operating KPIs

Assist with internal, external audits
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and work on special projects
Assist with departmental reporting packages and review with department leaders
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high volume administrative role within
the entertainment industry, ideally with some analytical responsibilities
Previous Production Experience (television or film) preferred.
Full time MBA /ICWA preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Must
Desired Characteristics

Knowledge of any industry specific accounting or scheduling programs a plus
Must be excellent and proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software is mandatory, including
PowerPoint

Candidates must be motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, have excellent communication
and organizational skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key
Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before they arise
