Animation Production Manager (ReDefine Originals)
Description
- Partner with the Line Producer, Animation Producer, and Department Leads to translate the production plan into actionable schedules and departmental roadmaps.
- Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring deliveries and internal targets are tracked and achieved.
- Own and optimize Shotgrid (aka Flow Production Tracking) setup, workflow configuration, data integrity, and reporting. Drive transparency and accountability through consistent status reporting.
- Identify risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and quality targets.
- Supervise and mentor Production Coordinators/ Assistants, fostering a positive culture of organisation and collaboration.
- Working closely with international shot production teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all teams.
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Manager on at least one animated feature film (essential). Experience managing and working with international teams is also a plus.
- Strong understanding of CG animation pipelines and feature-scale production workflows including: art, storyboards, edit, build, and shot production. Experience working with Unreal Engine is also a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Shotgrid.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage complexity in fast-paced production environments.
- Must be based in the UK; London-based candidates strongly preferred.
