The Production Analyst is responsible for analysing complex production schedules and budgets for our Feature Animated projects. The role requires an understanding of the CG production pipeline and extreme attention to detail. With our show Producers and Production Managers, the position is responsible for maintaining the show’s master sequence and quota schedule, and scenario planner. The Production Analyst will also provide ad-hoc analytical support to the shows Department Production Staff, partnering with them to ensure the show is accurately scheduled, reported, and forecasted.

Must Have

  • Experience working in a CG pipeline.
  • Extensive experience in a scheduling & scenario planning role.
  • Experience working in an analysis-heavy position, with a focus on bidding, quota forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project and film production database workflows such as Shotgun or ftrack.
  • Project management – proven ability in managing projects from concept to completion. Able to prioritise appropriately and always meet deadlines.


Nice to Have
  • Financial reporting experience such as Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of data visualisation and analytics platforms, such as Tableau or Spotfire.
