Apprentice Advance Electrical/Instrument
Candidate must be a skilled worker having a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical and/or instrumentation equipment, processes and techniques. Will be responsible for assisting and learning electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair of equipment, as well as facility electrical applications; programming PLCs; troubleshooting hydraulic equipment; and fine tuning the timing of various machine centers. This position could possibly require rotating shifts.
Candidates must have a 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Instrumentation field plus at least 1-year related experience or 3-years related Industrial or Military experience. Successful candidate must be able to advance to Journeyman level in related field and two other skills within the apprentice program. Must have a Career Readiness Certificate (CRC). Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
