The Sales Representative position will be based primarily in our Beverly, MA office and will be a critical role in helping grow and scale our customer-facing organization.  The Sales Representative will work to qualify and close inbound leads as well as work with existing customers on renewals and upsell opportunities within specific assigned industry verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and close inbound leads
  • Identify business opportunities with target prospects and move those through the sales cycle towards closure
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and build strong relationships with key individuals across those accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Research potential prospects within assigned verticals and create strategy for outreach to those prospects
  • Create process to re-visit past leads and lost accounts to win new business
  • Work with marketing to build a library of collateral, customer use cases and attributions
  • Periodic customer travel or travel for trade shows may be required
  • Other duties as determined by management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service or Account Management
  • Experience in software or data sales or in the auto industry

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in software/technology, data sales or in the auto industry
  • A passion for the auto industry
  • Experience writing and editing technical contracts
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Google Suite
