Position at DX1 Platform

DX1, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is hiring a Marketing/Creative Manager to join our Norfolk based team of highly skilled and creative individuals. 

Are you someone with experience in the Powersports industry and a multitude of marketing experience? Do you feel comfortable in a Powersports dealership or speaking to manufacturer representatives?  Dabble a little in a lot of things? Can you take a project from concept to final execution and deliver it through digital, online, and industry-related channels including print, email, website, and social while supporting our company and our industry? If so, then is the position for you! We are looking for a solid marketing do-it-all candidate with Powersports industry experience who knows the industry, understands Powersports dealers, and knows how to position our product to lead our DX1 marketing efforts and join a great team. The following is a list of the most critical areas of expertise:


Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Design or other relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with specific experience in the following:
    • HTML and content management systems
    • Marketing-automation technology
    • SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
    • Analytical and database tools
    • Graphic design tools
    • Producing multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Managing a company’s social media presence
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Exhibits the ability to multi-task and operate under severe time constraints and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, vendors and customers, as well as independently
    • Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and customer records
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Trade Show Industry preferred
