Opportunity Alert!  Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is currently seeking an Assistant Market Manager for our Pittsburgh Territory. The purpose of this job is to assign and direct all work performed in the market and to supervise all areas of operation and report back to the Regional Manager. Join Us. Achieve. Consider Your Opportunity

  1. Grow Dealer Specialties brand throughout the market
  2. Service Dealers as needed to ensure inventory is live on their website
  3. Recruit, hire, and train account representatives
  4. Develop, provide direction, and lead service managers and account representatives
  5. Manage and review P&L statements
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and dealership groups
  7. Manage the performance of the market through daily quality checks 
  8. Communicate vision and goals to the entire team and assist them with sales strategies
  9. Assist in the development/penetration of new products through daily and weekly visits with customer

Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Leadership success of Route/Sales team required
  2. Two or more years of success managing managers
  3. Five or more years performing relationship management with team members and customers
  4. Two or more years of expertise in brand management 
  5. Management of team with 10+ members preferred
  6. Recruiting and hiring skills
  7. Strengths and business competencies that include building effective teams, customer focus, drive for results, listening, problem-solving, decision quality, motivating others, integrity, and trust, priority setting
  8. Possesses a valid driver’s license with a good driving history
