The Product Manager will lead initiatives for the Awareness & Engagement product portfolio from ideation to launch.  This person will be the “voice of the product” for our acquisition landing page, and awareness-driven initiatives and partner closely with Acquisition Marketing and other key business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Our ideal candidate has both a technical and business background that will enable them to drive improved processes and measure success against key business goals.


  • Work directly with the Director of Product Management to execute on initiatives for their assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate with all outside stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting any support it needs.  
  • Define requirements, oversee design development, write user stories, and perform user acceptance testing of all campaigns.
  • Partner with other departments and other Product Managers to successfully roll out new features and optimizations.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to all stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.
  • Review metrics associated with initiatives in order to make recommendations for improvements.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience with 2-3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
  • Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with working in a SCRUM/Agile environment a plus.
