We are looking for someone to lead program management for technology projects. This is a strategic and operational role who will be perched 30,000 feet above projects and help us drive holistic project management at a functional level. This role requires someone who is hyper-organized and loves to build large scale project plans, can keep large scale projects on track and is a strategic problem solver. You will be a great fit for this team if you are consumer-centric and always think about the health of the business at every turn and have intrinsic communication skills.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of building teams and building process. Collaboration, leadership and being able to communicate at both an exec and team level is crucial.


  • Serve as the liaison to manage up and across the organization to drive large technology programs, track progress, enforce accountability and mitigate risks while maintaining cross-functional relationships. You will build out and continue to nurture project plans, timelines and will establish who needs to be brought into the project and when. You are the linchpin to cascading information through the company on your specific projects
  • You will provide key stakeholders with the bird's eye view of all approved digital programs. You will work alongside and support of product management, engineers, data systems and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are running smoothly, manage and communicate critical risks and issues in a timely fashion to key stakeholders and facilitate the mitigation plan and impact to timeline/roadmap
  • Optimize technology project management processes. You will play a part in building these teams out and helping to lead a best practices for PM’s across technology that align with the PMO bar of excellence
  • Facilitate and manage the Program Check-Ins with all responsible parties and ensure prioritized and committed deliverables are on track. If deliverables are at risk, help to facilitate negotiations with project participants and stakeholders and escalate concerns as needed
  • Run program retrospectives in collaboration with the Product and Tech leads to better understand what went wrong, what went well and what can be taken as lessons learned for the next Program.
  • Manage and communicate risks and issues in a timely fashion to key stakeholders and facilitate the mitigation plan and impact to timeline/roadmap
  • Support and champion PMO process initiatives to drive efficiencies across the organization
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience with a focus in manufacturing/operations of consumer goods, print/packaging design or advertising.
  • Working knowledge of the General Manufacturer Procedures.
  • Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Extensive experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA and Roadmunk
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple long-lead projects
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills with the ability.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive apps
  • Previous “start up” or agency experience
