Dollar Shave Club is seeking an experienced programmatic marketing specialist to assist with strategy, planning, execution, reporting and optimization of programmatic campaigns. As a member of the acquisition team, this person will build and manage ad campaigns supporting direct response and brand awareness initiatives across multiple programmatic channels (Display, Video, OTT, Native, Audio, etc.). This role will work collaboratively with other acquisition channel owners, and cross-functionally with multiple teams (strategic analytics, data systems, creative and more) to develop strategies and run campaigns to meet key business objectives. The Marketing Specialist, Programmatic will need to be curious and collaborative and have the desire to work very closely with the greater media and analytics teams to study performance data, identify areas for improvement and most importantly, implement enhancements to drive company business. road discipline of media types from traditional to digital in a fast-paced environment.


  • Deep understanding of media programs including but not limited to DCM, Adobe Ad Cloud/TubeMogul, The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360/DBM and other DSPs
  • Experience buying multiple ad formats (static, rich media, video, audio, etc.) and multiple ad strategies (open exchange, programmatic guaranteed, PMPs)
  • Experience with direct response and brand focused campaigns
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and familiar with pivot tables
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Understanding of media attribution, analytics tools and other measurement systems
