The role will largely cover managing higher-level campaigns (brand and major product launches) from ideation, brand development, GTM and beyond. A consumer-centric lens, strong understanding of marketing, and experience managing creative projects are pivotal to success in this position. Expect a 50/50 split between packaging projects and marketing campaigns with a serious focus on digital marketing across all paid channels including Facebook, Instagram, Display, and search.


  • Manage major tier A projects like new product packaging and digital advertising
  • Track and manage major milestones through creative concepting, approvals, and distribution of final assets to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects
  • Lead contact for project communications with cross-functional partners–includes attending core team meetings, setting expectations and providing timely updates on behalf of Creative team
  • Ensure that all projects follow protocol and process in terms of workflow and communication
  • Help manage resources and play air traffic controller with incoming requests
  • Act with a positive, solution-oriented mindset when approached with problems and help unify and motivate project teams
  • Support in optimizing process and creating better and more efficient ways within our team and beyond
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 - 5+ years of PM experience working in a creative field. You have a deep understanding of the creative workflow and how to manage projects with creatives.
  • Clear and effective cross-functional communication abilities, including third party vendors and legal representatives
  • Possess an understanding of both CPG development and advertising workflows
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with experience balancing multiple projects at a time
  • Able to pay attention to both the small details and the larger picture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with all personality types
  • Experience in PM tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, Smartsheet or similar tools a plus
