ROLE SUMMARY:
Manage DSC’s world class creative team through business critical brand design and advertising campaigns (major product launches, digital marketing, member campaigns, retail/e-tail needs) from creative ideation, brand development, GTM and beyond. A consumer centric lens, strong understanding of marketing, and experience managing a wide range of creative projects is pivotal to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage business critical projects like new packaging and advertising
  • Track and manage major milestones through creative concepting, approvals, and distribution of final assets to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects
  • Lead project communications with cross-functional partners–includes attending core team meetings, setting expectations and providing timely updates on behalf of Creative team, and managing executive communications
  • Ensure that all projects follow protocol and process in terms of workflow and communication
  • Act with a positive, solution-oriented mindset when approached with problems and help unify and motivate project teams
  • Support in optimizing processes and creating better and more efficient ways within our team and beyond
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5+ years of PM experience working in a creative field. You have a deep understanding of the creative workflow and how to manage projects with creatives
  • Clear and effective cross-functional communication abilities, including third party vendors and legal representatives
  • Possess an understanding of both CPG development and advertising workflows
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with experience balancing multiple projects at a time
  • Able to pay attention to both the small details and the larger picture
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with all personality types
  • Experience in PM tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet or similar tools a plus
