ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a smart and driven individual to become Dollar Shave Club’s Associate Manager for the Member Strategy & Monetization Team (CRM). This role has responsibilities that span across our global platform. This individual will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of DSC’s global member monetization programs, most of which are highly data-driven and infused with personalization. We are looking for someone who is able to manage our day-to-day campaign operations with rigor and precision, while spearheading their own key revenue driving initiatives for DSC that increases member value. Primary channel being used will be email, but experience in coordinating multi-channel campaigns including site, app push, SMS, print collateral, and direct mail is desired. We’re searching for an inquisitive type, whose level of ownership and accountability pushes this person to provide recommendations and contribute ideas beyond someone who merely executes. This candidate will also be supporting the roll-out of our US programs into our International markets – with the ability to partner with their manager and in-market leads to localize strategy as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Manager and Director in strategy development of new digital merchandising and monetization programs, leveraging consumer insights and customer data exploration
  • Initiate their own revenue driving programs and tests to drive incremental business impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams across Product, Creative/Copy, and Engineering to keep all teams on-track with milestones & deliverable to ensure that campaign deadlines are met 
  • Set-up, QA and launch campaigns through all necessary channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail, etc.), becoming a power-user of our in-house and vendor marketing platforms (ESP, etc.)
  • Optimize existing campaigns with ongoing multivariate tests of customer segmentation, subject lines, time of send, content, and channel 
  • Support in pulling reports and delivering performance recaps 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in digital, e-commerce CRM marketing
  • Multi-channel marketing experience with heavy emphasis in online and direct to consumer 
  • Deep experience with customer-event-driven, personalized campaigns (transactional emails, behavior-triggers, lifecycle programs) 
  • Strong understanding of core ecommerce and CRM KPI metrics.
  • Strong campaign and project management skills, delivering on tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience working with Project Management tools (i.e. Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Fluency in at least 1 enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP) platform (i.e SFMC, Experian/Cheetah Digital, etc.)
  • Experience operating in Web Analytics platform (GA, Omniture, etc.) • Can do, positive infectious attitude
