The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, optimization and analysis of global marketing campaigns, most of which are highly data-driven and infused with personalization. We are looking for someone who is able to manage our day-to-day campaign operations, mastering our ESP/CRM platforms and coordinating cross-functionally with design and engineering resources. We’re searching for an inquisitive type, whose level of ownership and accountability pushes this person to provide recommendations and contribute ideas beyond someone who merely executes.


  • Marketing Campaign Development, Execution & Optimization:
    • Mastery of Email Service Provider (ESP) platform
    • Manages the cross-functional workflow and development of customer growth and monetization campaigns, prioritizing as necessary
    • Set-up, QA and launch campaigns with rigor and precision, especially campaigns using dynamic content and behavioral triggers
    • Recommend and create ongoing multivariate (A/B) tests of customer segmentation, subject lines, time of send, content, and more
    • Utilize campaign performance metrics, consumer insights and more to optimize existing campaigns
    • Perform regular audits of existing marketing campaigns to ensure accurate deliverability and performance
    • Work with an array of campaign types - transactional emails, behavior-triggers, lifecycle programs, churn prevention, win back and more
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the day-to-day cross-functional process of campaign development across design, engineering, setup, launch and analysis; working closely with design and engineering teams to meet deliverable dates
    • Utilize project management software
    • Organized and detailed, providing updates and delivering on tight deadlines
    • Documenting updated and new processes in content management platform
  • Analytics:
    • Track and analyze daily, weekly and monthly campaign and channel KPIs to provide key learnings and actionable insights
    • Strong understanding of metrics that drive primary KPIs
    • Coordinate with Data Analytics in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure robust reporting
    • Utilize campaign reporting to extract learnings and provide valuable recommendations to optimize campaign performance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in digital, e-commerce CRM marketing
  • Expertise in at least 1 enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP) platform
  • Experience with customer-event-driven, personalized campaigns (transactional emails, behavior-triggers, lifecycle programs)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and CRM KPI metrics
  • Strong campaign and project management skills, delivering on tight deadlines
