Job Class: Full Time
Hiring Range: $21.00 + $0.75 Shift Differential + $1.00 Differential if Bilingual English/Spanish

Essential Duties

  • Performs daily cleaning procedures in accordance with DMNS cleaning specifications.
  • Responsible for performing custodial duties in the following locations: all restrooms, public spaces, offices, studios, elevators, tunnels, hallways, labs, lounges, lunchrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, gift shop, locker rooms and parking garage.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by department supervisor or manager.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older required.
  • Evening/night/weekend and on-call work may be required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate museum activities required.

Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in floor work preferred
  • 6 months previous Custodial/Hospitality work experience.
