Job Summary:

DMG is seeking a Technician Acquisition Recruiter, specifically for third party safety compliance via platforms of Avetta, Veriforce and First Advantage. This is a crucial role in the success of our accounts, as the Safety Certification shows that your company is safe to work with. This role will focus on hunting, sourcing, and successfully onboarding third-party providers and technicians who will work as contractors with DMG and become safety certified. Furthermore, they will assist providers with the process of becoming Avetta and Veriforce compliant with technicians receiving yellow badge access. This role will own the end-to-end process of sourcing, onboarding, and engaging the technicians across all trades and specialties in DMG’s footprint. This is a base salary + quarterly incentive plan based on the number of successfully onboarding companies.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Work independently to attract vendors to work with DMG by finding leads, cold calling, networking, using social media, and other outlets to find companies and sell the value DMG creates for them.
  • Will be responsible for supporting vendors throughout the Avetta, Veriforce and Yellow Badge Certification Process and assist new Technicians with familiarization and utilization of DMG products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new DMG Vendors and persuade them to begin the Avetta Compliance Process.
  • Interface with Sales and Operations Teams to facilitate the use of new Technicians within target markets in order to encourage civilization and engagement of both end users.
  • Act as a strong advocate with a sales mentality when it comes to promoting DMG to vendors.
  • Must have awareness of state requirements for Technicians in specified fields (training provided).
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators and goals focused on Income Producing Activities.
  • Provide regular self-reporting on touches, calls, leads, signups, fizzles, and successful onboardings with vendors.
  • Must be creative in identifying opportunities and sourcing leads to drive recruitment in key regions and demographics.
  • Active in networking with Technicians and Provider companies.
  • Master DMG’s Technician related products and train and mentor Technicians on using these products.
  • Regular communications within the organization about who the newly acquired Technicians are, where they work and what they specialize in.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Need:

  • Able to clearly articulate to Technicians what DMG does, the value we create for them, how our Product ecosystem works and what their responsibilities would be.
  • Able to identify new resources for Technician sourcing and incorporate into daily workflows.
  • Be highly organized, handling high volume of contacts, touches, phone calls, emails and searches.
  • Comfortable with selling DMG to Technicians and closing the deal; must be persuasive and persistent.
  • Have attention to detail and ensure compliance with processes.
  • Drive to succeed and meet aggressive goals.
  • Desire to perhaps one day lead and train others in a Technician Acquisition role.
  • Act with urgency and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Able to work across all time zones.
  • Be a self-starter and work with limited supervision but high accountability for productivity and results to management.
  • Outside the box thinkers/hunter with strong desire to exceed KPI’s and expectations focused on Income Producing Activities.
  • Have strong Excel and computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
