Job Summary: 
The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for owning the charter of driving margin and efficiency improvement initiatives in the fulfillment ops within our organization.  
  
What You'll Do:  
 
  • Exploring and exploiting opportunities to enhance profitability across our service trades for facilities maintenance.
  • Dive deep into our datasets using SQL and other data analysis tools to identify key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Extract and manipulate data to draw valuable insights and actionable conclusions.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of product strategies that directly impact margin and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to guide decision-making.
  • Partner with customer-facing sales/operations teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed effectively to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize statistical analysis, correlations, and predictive modeling to make data-driven decisions and measure the success of margin improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and launch new products or optimize existing ones that drive margin enhancement.
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and project plans.
  • Drive timely and successful execution of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define KPIs and set measurable goals to track product performance, ensuring continuous monitoring and iteration to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to communicate product vision, progress, and results effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling a culture of data-driven decision-making and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
 
What You Need: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Decision Sciences, or related field of study.
  • 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • 2 years of experience in product development processes and methodologies.
  • 2 years of experience in driving data driven initiatives and needle moving product feature development.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, SQL, and leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • 2 years of experience in managing complex projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • 2 years of experience in mentoring and inspiring a team.
  • 2 years of experience working with LLMs or generative AI tools in a product capacity, including prompt design, system behavior tuning, and user interface considerations.
  • 2 years of experience building with AI tools (e.g., GPT APIs) for product functionality such as content generation, classification, summarization, or automation.
  • 2 years of experience designing and deploying AI-assisted product features with human-in-the-loop review workflows or override capabilities.
  • 2 years of experience conducting risk analysis and defining strategies when embedding AI into production systems.
  • 2 years of experience developing or contributing to open-source software projects in domains such as developer tools, frameworks, or simulation.
  • 2 years of experience mentoring peers or junior team members in product thinking, experimentation, or AI product design.
  • 2 years of experience designing or managing access controls, user roles, or multi-party collaboration in complex enterprise software.
  • 2 years of experience working closely with business, operations, and customer support teams to identify pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • 2 years of experience managing stakeholder communication across multiple departments during software rollouts, including documentation, demos, and training materials.
  • 2 years of experience facilitating organizational change management for internal tool adoption or process redesign.
  • Hybrid work schedule involving onsite work at our location in Cincinnati, OH and telecommuting may be permitted.
