Job Summary:

As the Senior Product Manager for Providers, you will be responsible for owning the charter of driving onboarding and quality measures within our provider base. This critical role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, business acumen, and the ability to leverage insights to identify and execute impactful product strategies. Your primary focus will be on exploring and exploiting opportunities to develop a strategy for scoring and ranking our provider base in speed, quality, and cost.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze Data: Dive deep into our datasets using SQL and other data analysis tools to identify key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for margin improvement. Extract and manipulate data to draw valuable insights and actionable conclusions.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of product strategies that directly impact margin and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap with business goals.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to guide decision-making.
  • Customer Insights: Partner with customer-facing sales/operations teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed effectively to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize statistical analysis, correlations, and predictive modeling to make data-driven decisions and measure the success of margin improvement initiatives.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and launch new products or optimize existing ones that drive margin enhancement.
  • Roadmap Execution: Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and project plans. Drive timely and successful execution of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and set measurable goals to track product performance, ensuring continuous monitoring and iteration to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to communicate product vision, progress, and results effectively.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling a culture of data-driven decision-making and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of driving data driven initiatives and needle moving product feature development.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, proficiency with SQL, and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
