Job Summary:

As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter at DMG, you will be an integral part of our GTM strategy. This role will hunt top talent in the Revenue & Sales Operations, PMO, and Sales Enablement world.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the candidate experience from first touch point to offer extension and acceptance.
  • Provide a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruitment process, captured in our ATS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence hiring processes resulting in top hires.
  • Identify and recommend/implement process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results in a high growth environment.
  • Partner with the business Leaders to craft engaging job descriptions that engage active and passive talent.
  • Consistently source to build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines.

 

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a growth oriented, fast-paced company is a plus.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.
  • The ability to work with the latest technologies.
  • Strong customer facing skills (executive process, writing skills, phone skills); demonstrate a highly professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
