Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies in the APAC region. They have a high technical aptitude and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics.

The individual will work closely with colleagues across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Development to build coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns to drive pipeline growth that is in lock step with GTM priorities across the APAC commercial organization.

They will generate inbound traffic through the optimization of the company website and digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO and SEM. Executing processes, in coordination with global stakeholders, using Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce and other platforms in our MarTech stack to fuel innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts, including generating marketing-qualified leads, by building connected customer journeys through the buying cycle via multi-channel online and offline programs 
  • Optimize and nurture lead performance via marketing automation, lead nurturing and ABM processes
  • Establish closed-loop analytics and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to understand how our marketing activity drives conversions and delivers value to our clients. 
  • Lead campaign reporting to analyze performance and optimize as necessary
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., paid media performance, analyzing landing page and email best practices
  • Work in partnership with our Digital team to build and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research
  • Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to create content, events or customer programs across the region
  • Develop and launch in-region brand marketing initiatives as required

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing qualifications
  • Experience across digital marketing responsibilities (SEO, SEM, ABM strategies and best practices)
  • Experience utilizing modern platforms across the MarTech stack including Marketing Automation (eg Marketo) and
  • Experience building ABM strategies and campaigns
  • Experience working within a SaaS company a plus
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse data and use as the basis to make data led decisions;
