The Opportunity 

Interested in data and digital marketing? 

We are looking for seasoned Business Development Manager to join an expanding digital marketing company in the BD/Sales division. With huge growth plans across APAC, we are looking for someone with experience in enterprise marketing sales and development, with a strong track record and a strategic, solutions oriented approach to sales and a desire to help a great business grow further. Local market contacts preferred. Visas can be provided for the right candidates.

Role and responsibilities: 

Business Development 

  • Actively identify new business opportunities
  • Prospecting and contact building
  • Information gathering
  • Use your consultative and solution selling skills to convert those opportunities into new business
  • Devise and Propose game-changing strategies for our prospective and existing clients to bring in revenue
  • Pipeline management, lead generation & lead sourcing
  • Develop effective proposals & presentations for new business opportunities
  • Manage the handover of new business accounts to clients services relationship team
  • Increase revenue streams with the company's existing clients
  • Drive and deliver against firm sales revenue ($$) targets
  • Contribute to the overall direction & growth of the company
  • Sales process and lead generation process and the reporting of the interaction and engagement
  • Broad knowledge of all contacts, platforms, programmes a client may be running and when they are up for review

Brand Development 

  • Networking and relationship building, for both new and existing client relationships
  • Communicate DA business proposition
  • Education regarding Digital Alchemy services, Customer Centric Marketing, Integrated Marketing Solutions and technology/ platform required (UNICA etc).

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Marketing OR Business preferred
  • Essential minimum 6 or more years’ experience in high $$ value consultative sales, marketing solutions and/or CRM or related field.
  • A demonstrated history in winning & developing high value new business
  • Knowledge & understanding of current & emerging database and digital marketing trends
  • The ability to providing strategic direction that can generate sustainable client growth
