About the Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst; you will take end to end ownership of the Salesforce implementation and able responsible for the scope of the project. They work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve optimal solution.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including directly with customers
- Requirement gathering, functional requirement documentation, configuration and solution design
- Understanding of change management, including documenting solution design and impact assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in CRM development and implementation.
- Basic configuration of Salesforce CRM - adding fields, opportunity, lead process, reports and dashboards, object and permission, users - no coding experience required
- Ensure and maintain quality of the business requirements and project solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional consultant
- Certification in CRM platforms : Salesforce.com administrator certification a strong plus
- Experience configuring production Salesforce CRM (both sales and service cloud) orgs
- Familiar with Project management skills such as Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to configurations, custom code, and integrations
- An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
