Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work with the teams to perform and develop recruitment processes in order to have enough well suited and qualified employees to work for the organization across regional operations, developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame. 

  • Support all recruitment processes from sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing, the job in order to get the right person in timeline period, 

  • In line with recruitment responsibilities, support and manage employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives, including developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts for purposes of identifying and sourcing quality candidates. 

  • Update, follow up and track recruitment files as well as the reports, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference and background checks, as well as attend career fairs and networking events 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Degree in Human Resource, Management or relevant fields 

  • At least 3 years of experience doing full cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring. 

  • Experience recruiting in APAC and international profiles in ANZ, SG and North America various roles. 

  • You have worked extensively with recruitment-specific tools such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, Jobvite, Seek, and other recruitment platforms. 

  • Strong sourcing expertise: you are able to find the right passive candidates. 

  • Strong in English skills and able to work effectively in multinational work environment 

  • Passion for making a difference and being part of a growing dynamic, fast growing company 

  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with clients and in large group settings in both English & Thai.

  • This position is 6 months employment contract
