As the HR Recruiter , you will perform a full cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. Your wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, and business understanding are required.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the teams to perform and develop recruitment processes in order to have enough well suited and qualified employees to work for the organization across regional operations, developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
  • Support all recruitment processes from sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing, the job in order to get the right person in timeline period,
  • In line with recruitment responsibilities, support and manage employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives, including develop and maintain a strong network of contacts for purposes of identifying and sourcing quality candidates.
  • Update, follow up and track recruitment files as well as the reports, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference as well as attend career fairs and networking events
  • Perform all related Dispatcher/Expat employees support service regarding Visa/Work Permit (application and renewal)


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience doing full cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring.
  • Experience mass recruiting in local marketing (Japan) in the hospitality business and visa and work permit application
  • You have worked extensively with recruitment- channels in social media or career pages.
  • Strong sourcing expertise: you are able to find the right passive candidates.
  • Able to communicate in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
