Our client is looking for a B2B IT sales professional to be part of their team full-time - this is a secondment
This role will be based in Asia- work from home target market calling is Hong Kong
The Role – SDR
The main role of the SDR is to set up appointments for the BDM to start the sales process. Leads will be MQL and a smaller element will be minded for outbound
You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand good processes and will lead by example.
Working with pre-built prospect lists - calling to make introductions, looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING.
Responsibilities
- 60-80 calls a day
- Set up appointments with India based prospects for the local BDM’s
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Follow Monthly KPI´s.
Requirement
- Dialing will be 80% Cantonese and 20% English
- English 2nd language must be speaking 9/10
- Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience - calling into HK
- B2B - IT Saas experience is required
Qualifications:
- A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Skilled in social selling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
- Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
- High energy and positive attitude
- Degree qualified or equivalent
