We are a successful Global MarTech consultancy with offices worldwide, serving global clients on platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Braze, and SAS. As we plan our expansion in Japan, we are seeking expressions of interest from MarTech Professionals with expertise and certifications on any of our supported platforms.
Key Responsibilities We Are Seeking
- Business Development: Manage the sales process across Digital Alchemy’s core products and services offerings, including demand generation, conversion optimization, strategy consulting, AI- and ML-enabled marketing technologies, analytics, CRM strategy and operations, marketing automation implementation and support, and database hosting and management.
- Presales Consultant: Map customer requirements to technical capabilities and assist sales teams to close deals. Work in collaboration with sales teams, technical teams, and partners to deliver a compelling value proposition for customers and win deals.
- Solution Architect: Design and oversee the implementation of complex technical solutions that address specific project needs. Work closely with stakeholders, such as clients, project managers, development, and platform teams to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Platform Consultant: Ensure client outcomes in marketing automation implementation or operations using Digital Alchemy’s best practices. Plan, devise, and help clients understand the best ways to utilize marketing automation platforms and our services based on their needs and business requirements.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of Marketing Automation platforms
- General understanding of database technologies and marketing
- Passion for delivering marketing solutions centered around delivering a delightful customer experience
- Experience in delivering data-driven or innovative marketing solutions is highly regarded
- Fluent English is a requirement
