About Role 
Are you passionate about managing resources and ensuring they are deployed effectively to drive business success? Apply this role, as a Head of Operation and play a key role in shaping our company's future. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Project managers and Team Leads to assign resources to projects, and develop resource skills. If you are a dynamic individual with a knack for resource management, we want you on our team! 

  

Roles and Responsibilities  
  • Manage and allocate resources to projects based on project requirements and resource skill set. 
  • Create and execute plans to develop resources' skills and capabilities. 
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize team capacity. 
  • Promote teamwork and long-term engagement among team members.  
  • Work with HR to resolve resource-related issues and concerns. 
  • Monitor and evaluate resource performance, providing feedback for improvement. 
  • Manage relationships with clients to support customer retention and revenue growth targets. 
Requirements 
  • Technical understanding of SQL and relational databases 
  • Experience using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unic,  Braze, SAS  or Adobe Campaign is a PLUS. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles 
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems 
  • Passion for  resource management, project planning, and team collaboration. 
  • Excited about working in a dynamic environment where they can contribute to the success of the team and the organization as a whole 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 
  • A keen interest in HR processes and practices, as well as a desire to drive long-term engagement and teamwork, would also be beneficial.
