We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist with a fervent passion for CSR and recycling initiatives. The ideal candidate will be innovative, forward-thinking, and ready to challenge conventional methods to drive sales and promote our brand's mission.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Karma Cycle's recycled plastic products.
- Collaborate on cohesive messaging with cross-functional teams.
- Research market trends to create attractive marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Production lead and Graphic designer team. to study the feasibility of identified trends.
- Analyse sales data and stay updated on industry trends.
- Target specific buyer groups and promote through social media and websites.
- Communicate with stakeholders to plan and report project progression.
- Focus on achieving financial goals to fund the Plastic Recycle Brick project for community development such as building schools, shelters, and houses for the underprivileged in the community.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
