  • Coach the team how on to use SAFe and Lean-Agile practices and principles, as well as leading the Bayer-centric ways of working that align with these practices.
  • Facilitate and coach ART level ceremonies.
  • Foster a learning culture, and coach scrum masters and other members of the ART for continuous improvement and maximizing flow.
  • Coach the teams on how to self-organize and self-assess Agility.
  • Remove impediments and coach/guide teams to remove impediments to deliver value incrementally.
  • Ensure adherence/compliance with existing standard operating procedures and drive improvements.
  • Discuss and present technical matters with Commercial stakeholders and commercial matters with technical people.
  • Lead comfortably while operating in uncertainty, creating order and motivation within ambiguity and churn.
  • Influence without authority, building credibility and buy-in from teams within and external to the Agile Release Train.
