JOB SUMMARY

 

A Deal Processor is responsible for receiving, checking and organizing all deals for their area, maintaining all standard operating procedures and fostering a positive working environment. This role requires product knowledge, cost management, team members. This individual will also work closely with the Regional Admin Manager and sales team to ensure that deals are keyed in a timely manner.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Review deal paperwork turned in by the reps for accuracy and correct documentation.
  • Follow up on all deal paperwork until complete.
  • Enter Sales Orders and ship orders when equipment is delivered
  • Provide all reports, invoices and other documentation needed for Sales/Service.
  • Responsible for all aspects of processing Sales Orders as deals are turned in.   These aspects include but are not limited to:  Ensuring that all paperwork for deals is complete, i.e., Leasing documents, service agreements, sales orders, in/outs, lease return information, and commissions sheets are included with each order.
  • Enter sales order with pricing in E-automate within 24hours of deals being turned in.
    • See process documentation attached separately.
  • Follow up on all deal paperwork until complete.
  • Create and save lease invoice in the appropriate month in the admin drive for each lease deal and update with serials once delivered.
  • Update equipment record and ship sales order in EAuto once equipment leaves Dex Imaging.
  • Turn in shipped deal to the Regional Administrative Supervisor in a timely manner once all signed paperwork is received.
  • Problem solver and liaison for Regional Administrative supervisor.
  • Back up other Deal Processors when needed.
  • Provide all reports, invoices and other documentation needed for Sales/Service branch level.
  • All other task assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Must pass a criminal background check.          
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in order processing and shipping preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

 

  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 20%
  • Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
