DEX Imaging – Chattanooga, TN

DEX Imaging is continuing to grow across East Tennessee and is looking for motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to help expand our presence throughout the Knoxville and Chattanooga markets.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. It is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships in the community, developing business partnerships, and creating long-term success through effort, consistency, and professionalism.
As the nation’s largest independent dealer of office technology, DEX helps businesses operate more efficiently through Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity solutions, workflow automation, Managed Print Services (MPS), and office technology solutions tailored to modern business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business relationships throughout the Knoxville and Chattanooga markets
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and community engagement
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of business opportunities
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational needs and challenges
  • Present customized business technology solutions including:
    • Managed IT Services
    • Cybersecurity solutions
    • Managed Print Services (MPS)
    • Multifunction printers and office technology
    • Workflow and document management software
  • Partner with leadership and support teams to expand existing client relationships
  • Conduct professional on-site presentations and product demonstrations
  • Stay informed on industry trends, local market activity, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking through CRM tools and reporting systems

  • Prior B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required
