Our Solutions Sales team is looking to add a Pre-Sales Consultant who specializes in eFax solutions.

What’s the opportunity:
Solutions Applications Specialists must be highly adaptive, results-driven individuals. In this role, Solutions Applications Specialists work alongside DEX Sales Representatives to offer innovative solutions that address our customers' business needs.
What will you do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in eFax solutions. This includes staying abreast of new developments in the market, becoming fully trained on all eFax solutions within our portfolio, and vetting new solutions.
- Engage with sales representatives and customers during the pre-sales process to evaluate opportunities, recommend the best solution for the customer's specific environment, and help drive sales by guiding discussions around software solutions and conducting demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Generate proposals, quotes, and statements of work as required. Assist sales representatives with entering solutions into Salesforce for deal submission.
- Occasionally assist with post-sales implementations on especially complex projects. Coordinate project handoffs to DEX or vendor implementation teams.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
- DEX operates across the United States, so meetings with customers in different time zones may occasionally fall outside of local business hours.
- Travel requirements: Domestic travel up to 30%
