Our Solutions Sales team is looking to add a pre-sales consultant who specializes in E-fax.

What’s the opportunity:

Solutions Applications Specialists must be highly adaptive, result driven individuals. In this role, Solutions Applications Specialists work alongside DEX Sales Representatives to offer innovative solutions to our customer’s business needs.

 

What will you do:

  • Be a subject matter expert in e-fax. This includes staying abreast of new developments in the market, being fully trained on all e–fax solutions in our portfolio, and vetting new solutions.
  • Engage with sales representative and customer in pre-sales to evaluate opportunities, suggest best solution for the customer’s specific environment, and help to drive sales by guiding discussion around software and conducting demonstrations/proof of concept for customers.
  • Generate proposals, quotes, and statements of work for projects as required. Assist sales representatives with entering solutions into Salesforce for deal submission.
  • Occasionally assist in post-sales implementations on especially complex projects. Coordinate handoff of project to DEX or vendor implementation teams.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
    DEX operates all across the US so meetings with customers in different time zones may sometimes fall outside of local 8-5.
  • Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 30%
