Description

Dex Imaging is a leading provider of document handling equipment and services with multiple offices and locations throughout the United States. We are searching for a  PrintCounts Solutions Architect to perform assessment activities to produce proposals for sales to facilitate in the acquisition of contracts to manage customer’s print fleet.  Additionally, the PrintCounts Print Architect will serve as project manager overseeing and executing the onsite assessment planning, coordination, data collection and future state solution design of PrintCounts opportunities.  The Architect will travel and present to the client when needed.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Create complete proposals for various PrintCounts programs, including:
    • Participates in customer planning and discovery meetings with MPS Print Account Executives and PrintCounts Consultants
    • Creation of SOW’s for Assessments and Sales implementation
    • Coordinates installation of Patrol for device discovery and accounting
    • Responsible for conducting customer/client interviews and onsite inventory as required
    • Compiles and analyze gathered data, information and assess customer needs
    • Collaboration with sales, customers, and MPS operations
  • Maintain sales opportunity queue for assigned area, prioritizing bids & requests based on proposal type, complexity, and SLA’s and due dates.
  • Generate current state maps of the data gathered
  • Generate future state recommendations with devices, space planning, TCO analysis and potential savings and/or increased efficiency
  • Participates in quality check processes and peer reviews of all work products.
  • Serve as ‘Subject Matter Expert’ on PrintCounts Programs for sales and other associates.
  • Ensures adherence to MPS Assessment processes.
  • Support sales teams with the creation of proposals as required.
  • Perform and participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
  • Participates in team meetings for coordination of workflow, work review, sharing of information and best practices.
  • Some travel required (<10%)

 

Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Computer Skills. Must have advanced skills in the entire MS Office Suite, including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; MS Outlook. Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with which to clearly explain concepts in professional documents, using easy-to-understand English; must have strong command of punctuation and grammar.
  • Ability to follow established departmental rules and guidelines and provide necessary support for team.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and work well under minimal supervision as a part of a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially under tight client deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Must be able to work with strong personalities.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Flexibility with RFP projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Understanding of Managed Print Services.
