JOB SUMMARY |
This position requires proficiency in repairing, maintaining, and servicing multi-function devices, along with copiers/printers. Great customer service skills, communication skills, and troubleshooting abilities, a must. Computer and computer networking skills a plus. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Independently troubleshoot printers/copiers by utilizing training and technical resources provided.
- Respond to device set up orders in a timely manner and in accordance with DEX standards.
- Repair and refurbish used devices in accordance with-in the established timeline.
- Identify and order replacement parts for printers/copiers.
- Clean and maintain both customers owned, and company owned devices.
- Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Responds to requests from customers for information.
- Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments made in service-related areas.
- Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Order processing systems and Contact Management systems.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS |
- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
- Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 20%
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
