About the Role
- Install and configure document imaging equipment
- Troubleshoot connectivity and print/scan issues
- Work directly with customers to ensure devices integrate properly into their workflows
- Build a strong technical foundation that can lead to Systems Engineer II, III, or Install Project Coordinator roles
- Install and set up copiers and printers
- Connect devices to customer networks
- Set up print drivers and scan-to-email/scan-to-folder
- Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues
- Provide friendly, professional customer support
- Document your work in our system
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of computers and networks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage your time and travel locally
- Clean driving record
- Hands-on role (not stuck behind a desk)
