What Does the Job Consist of?
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Administrative Support Specialists
- Meeting or exceeding assigned monthly performance metrics
- Overseeing sales orders from submission through completion
- Reviewing, posting, and resolving unpaid transactions and A/R-related issues
- Providing administrative support to sales, service, and contract billing teams
- Responding to customer inquiries and handle escalated requests
- Partnering with Regional Sales and Service Managers to support business goals
- Driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across administrative processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative supervisory or leadership role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Proven team leadership and people-development skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt, lead change, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
