Location: San Diego, CA (Miramar / North San Diego Area)

What’s the Opportunity
Service Technicians must be mechanically inclined, dependable, and trustworthy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team. Technicians perform diagnostics, service repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer- and dealer-owned copier equipment while delivering top-tier customer service.
Sharp and/or HP experience is a plus, but not required
 
 
What You Will Do
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches throughout the North San Diego / Miramar area
  • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
  • Complete timely and detailed service reports
  • Follow company procedures and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and make recommendations when additional service is needed
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory
  • Stay current on products and technology through ongoing training
What You Bring to the Table
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage longer service calls without becoming frustrated or rushing
  • Comfort working independently in the field
