Service Technician

- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches throughout the North San Diego / Miramar area
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing
- Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
- Complete timely and detailed service reports
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and make recommendations when additional service is needed
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory
- Stay current on products and technology through ongoing training
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage longer service calls without becoming frustrated or rushing
- Comfort working independently in the field
