JOB SUMMARY

 

We are seeking an energetic individual who has exceptional customer service skills to become a member of our team. The individual will work with professional people maintaining their general support service’s needs. Must be able to handle working in a fast-paced work environment requiring multi-tasking skills.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Be able to lift up to 60 lb. boxes repeatedly
  • Mechanically inclined (for simple fixes and light maintenance on copiers)
  • Deliveries on and around campus
  • Good people skills
  • Be reliable and follow directions
  • Read and check the email for paper and toner request
  • Help to complete jobs going on in the copy center
  • Retrieve Meters off the machines both on and off campus every month
  • Answer the phones when necessary

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

 

 

  • Typically reports to Management Direct Supervisor job title(s) Typically include: Facilites Managment Supervisor.   
  • Job is not directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g. hiring/termination and/pay decisions, performance management. 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Computer skills: Windows Office products
  • Additional knowledge with: Acrobat, PDF's, Exhibit superb customer service skills

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Valid driver’s license for the delivery truck.
  • Support service industry experience a plus.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

 

  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 0%
  • Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
