Business Development Associate
Overview
As a Business Development Associate, your main focus will be driving new business by building connections with senior-level executives across a range of Fortune 500 organizations. In this role, you’ll introduce DB&A’s consulting approach, spark interest in our services, and coordinate meetings for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within designated territories. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Compensation
  • Starting base salary of $53,000 during the first 90 days
  • After 90 days, compensation increases based on performance and progression:
    • $55,000 – Business Development Representative
    • $61,000 – Business Development Manager
    • $85,000 – Business Development Specialist
  • Earn $200–$300 for each qualified meeting set and completed
  • Uncapped commission potential

Schedule
  • Multiple shift options with flexible start times
  • Half days on Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Full-time hours with no weekend work

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DB&A professionally as a brand ambassador
  • Clearly communicate our business model and the value of our consulting services to executive-level prospects
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
  • Conduct research and maintain accurate prospect data within the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily performance goals
  • Track and report activity metrics
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Prior experience in inside sales, ideally in a high-volume setting
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
