Business Development Associate
Overview
As a Business Development Associate, your main focus will be driving new business by building connections with senior-level executives across a range of Fortune 500 organizations. In this role, you’ll introduce DB&A’s consulting approach, spark interest in our services, and coordinate meetings for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within designated territories. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you’ll introduce DB&A’s consulting approach, spark interest in our services, and coordinate meetings for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within designated territories. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Compensation
- Starting base salary of $53,000 during the first 90 days
- After 90 days, compensation increases based on performance and progression:
- $55,000 – Business Development Representative
- $61,000 – Business Development Manager
- $85,000 – Business Development Specialist
- Earn $200–$300 for each qualified meeting set and completed
- Uncapped commission potential

Schedule
- Multiple shift options with flexible start times
- Half days on Tuesdays and Fridays
- Full-time hours with no weekend work
Key Responsibilities
- Represent DB&A professionally as a brand ambassador
- Clearly communicate our business model and the value of our consulting services to executive-level prospects
- Schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
- Conduct research and maintain accurate prospect data within the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed daily performance goals
- Track and report activity metrics
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Prior experience in inside sales, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
