AI Automation & HubSpot Systems Specialist
We’re looking for a curious and hands-on AI Automation & HubSpot Systems Specialist to help build and support our growing automation and CRM infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with emerging AI tools, solving problems, and building systems that improve how businesses operate.
You’ll work closely with leadership to develop AI-driven workflows, manage HubSpot systems, and contribute to real projects that have immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents using platforms like OpenClaw
- Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline repetitive processes
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, workflows, reporting, and integrations
- Integrate external tools and APIs into internal systems and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and continuously improve reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Some coding experience (Python preferred, but not required in a professional setting)
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and how systems work behind the scenes
- Comfortable working in a command line / terminal environment
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document processes
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
- HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required — we’re open to training the right candidate
Bonus Points
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
- Familiarity with Linux or WSL environments
- HubSpot certifications
