As the Global Manager of Professional Services Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing technical services team responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing Devo’s solutions for enterprise customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer success by delivering exceptional implementation and integration services while driving best practices in security analytics, SIEM, and cloud operations.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Devo’s Professional Services Engineering capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from their Devo deployments. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a global team of Professional Services Engineers, ensuring alignment with Devo’s growth objectives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and customer-centricity.
    • Implement scalable onboarding, training, and career development programs for the team.
  • Customer Implementation & Deployment Strategy:
    • Own the delivery of Devo’s platform implementations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and deliver measurable customer value.
    • Establish and optimize best practices for deployment, integration, and customization of Devo’s solutions in customer environments.
    • Drive automation and repeatability in Professional Services Engineering to enhance time-to-value for customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment in customer engagements.
    • Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and post-sales conversations to guide customers in architecting optimal solutions.
    • Work with Product & Engineering to provide field feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Operational Excellence & Scalability:
    • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Professional Services Engineering team.
    • Implement scalable frameworks, tools, and methodologies for consistent delivery across global engagements.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce friction, and improve customer outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, preferably in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or data analytics company.
  • 1-3+ years of leadership experience, managing technical delivery teams in a global capacity.
  • Deep expertise in SIEM, security analytics, cloud-native architectures, and log management solutions.
  • Strong background in customer-facing engagements, technical implementation, and complex solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as AWS and data ingestion pipelines from cloud and on-prem sources;
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing scalable professional services delivery models.
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and driving measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in SIEM migrations, security operations, or large-scale data ingestion projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and automation frameworks.
  • Additional experience in Kubernetes, Python, & Terraform are value-added.
