Product Returns QA/QC Tech

Production Sanford, Florida


The key roles of a Product QAQC Tech are to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and assess credit requests for SCT and Bully Dog products that our customers return to us. This position will also communicate product defects and issues to Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and management.


  • Receive, repair, troubleshoot, return and assess crediting products that we received from customers.
  • Document everything efficiently and correctly in our CRM/ERP System
  • Conduct product failure analysis and maintain daily productivity /workflow reports
  • Communicate with customers as necessary as well as working with internal departments (QA, Technical Support, AP, Production, Sales)
  • Create, review and update RMA Process Documents as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and follow instructions
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional time management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Knowledge of USB product Troubleshooting preferred
  • Installation and Driver Configuration preferred
  • Professional Customer Service/Phone Support Experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and operate efficiently in a CRM/ERP system preferred
  • Ability to type 25 WPM preferred
