You’ll support customers of Evolution, our vehicle protection plan, answering their inquiries and scheduling claims, service and sales appointments. We are looking for someone who can follow our procedures, coordinate our efforts and help us continue to improve processes to become more effective. We’re a team and we seek people with a positive attitude and the ability to support and assist others when required.

What You Need to Succeed

·      Customer service experience and/or claims background required; college degree a plus

·      Excellent communication skills and strong ability to interact with customers via phone and email

·      Experience using Salesforce and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

·      Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance

·      Desire to work as part of a team and provide back-up support when required

·      Ability to work between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm

·      Flexibility to work two Saturdays a month when requested

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $40,000 and $41,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include commission or bonus. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
