Reporting to a Divisional Vice President, a District Manager oversees and leads all  operations, and employees within a defined geographic area. DM is responsible for both origination of business and fulfillment of services to customers.                             
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
Sales and Business Development (25-35%) 
      Work with RVP, RCDD and/or DSM to develop and execute a revenue growth plan aligned with Company strategy and objectives by developing new customers and expanding relationships. 
      Partner with DSM and RCDD to sell new customers and maximize existing business opportunities. 
      Build and solidify relationships with key customers and networks to initiate relationships with prospective customers. 
      Develop and implement sales solutions that ensure maximum penetration of customers and the market. 
      Drive results using strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create a win-win for the customer and Dent Wizard. 
      Align with National Sales and Marketing leadership to support business development and proactively promote services. 
Operations (35-45%) 
      Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians and capital.  
      Direct recruiting activities with hiring managers and talent acquisition resources to ensure top talent and proper staffing in support of existing customers and new business expectations. 
      Expediently and professionally addresses all customer, operational, and performance concerns.  
      Closely support direct reports/managers optimizing day-to-day operations. 
Personnel (15-20%) 
      Create a positive, productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s Core Values. 
      Recruit, hire and retain technician base at or above budgeted targets. 
      Ensure managers possess the necessary skills and are empowered to identify and resolve customer and personnel concerns in a proactive, respectful, and fair manner. 
      Communicate regularly, consistently, effectively, and candidly.  
      Create and implement plans for managers and employees to be appropriately trained and equipped for current and potential business including technical, administrative and management skills. 
      Identifies performance issues and develops plans to address and redirect. 
Administration (10-20%) 
      Lead Q Process to ensure complete participation and drive Vital Few and MITs. 
      Lead and execute DW’s Blueprint Strategy to deliver Desired Superior Outcome expectations. 
      Responsible for achieving annual budget goals such as revenue and EBITDA. 
      Along with FP&A team, utilize quantitative tools to drive financial and operational performance. 
      Manage and deliver key metrics to exceed company goals. 
      Leads preparation of 7-step capital requests. 
      Evaluate and recommend investment decisions regarding headcount, coverage patterns, equipment, etc. 

Required Qualifications 
      Combined minimum experience of 3 years in a district route and auction leadership role required                
      Profitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually 
      Experience managing other leaders and staffs of 20+  
      Travels overnight approximately 10 – 20%
