L Light Mechanical Repair Technician
Dent Wizard is looking for an experienced automotive technician capable of providing
Light mechanical repairs on new automobiles.
The Candidate will possess clear communication skills and the ability to self-manage their work schedule. The Candidate may have to travel on as-needed basis.
Experience in light automotive repair is a plus, candidate will be self-motivated and capable of making decisions independently. Training on Dent Wizard processes and job duties will be provided.
As a Light Mechanical Repair Technician, you will:
· Provide on-site repairs of vehicles within railroad compounds and holding yards on a mobile basis
· Develop strong working relationships with railroad facility management
· Update vehicle repair status in Dent Wizard proprietary I.T. systems
· Provide the highest level of customer service
· Prepare and submit detailed repair logs and billing information
· Support all Dent Wizard Catastrophe Services locations
· Ability to work independently and provide damage assessments and solutions concisely over the phone or via email.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Prior automotive repair experience
· Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office preferred
· Solution driven attitude
· Valid Driver’s License
