Job Purpose: The Talent Advisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day hiring needs across the organization. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical and administrative roles, maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, understands the importance of structure and follow-through, and can thrive within a small team that values mutual support, adaptability, and professionalism.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the HR and Talent Acquisition Department.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles, including licensed behavioral health providers (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, associate-level clinicians) and other productivity-based positions.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer facilitation, and pre-employment process management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake discussions, clarify hiring criteria, and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs.
  • Monitor personal recruitment KPIs, ensuring consistent adherence to performance metrics including candidate outreach, interview-to-offer ratio, and time-to-fill goals.
  • Maintain and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Send timely communications to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring positive and efficient experience.
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures and maintain strict attention to detail across all recruitment activities.
  • Operate with professionalism and alignment to leadership direction, contributing to a culture of accountability and trust.
  • Be comfortable collaborating within a small, close-knit team where flexibility, clear communication, and shared accountability are essential.
  • Participate in college job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, with preference for healthcare or clinical therapist recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Ability and comfort recruiting for commission-based or productivity-driven roles.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities or processes with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
  • Hybrid Schedule: Remote with in-office presence twice a month on Thursdays
