Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose:
Bilingual - Spanish CSR is primarily responsible for providing assistance to patients in an inbound call center environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Majority of daily calls will be facilitating patient scheduling.
- Work hours will be M-F 9am-6pm with opportunity to have alternative hours based on tenure and work performance.
- Fully conversational Spanish a MUST
- Opportunity to evolve into a Hybrid remote after 60 days based on work performance.
- Collects co-payments, deductibles, and other financial responsibilities.
- Ensure consent packets, and patient forms are completed and uploaded into patient chart.
- Schedule interpreter services, and transportation for patient(s) as needed.
- All scanning completed within 2 business days.
- Accept perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ professional experience in a behavioral health or integrated care office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish fluently.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution oriented.
- Collaboration between patients, and providers for excellent care
- Knowledge of, and ability to use, electronic record keeping systems (EMR, billing software, insurance carrier portals, spreadsheets, etc.) preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred
