Job Purpose: As a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst at Denova Collaborative Health, you will be integral to our billing and revenue operations. This position involves extensive reporting and analysis of the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate documentation and billing processes, and serving as the primary liaison for resolving system issues and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of accounts receivable performance and other financial reports, identifying trends and providing solutions to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Perform regular audits, monitor facility departments and practices, and influence adjustments in practices based on analytical findings.
  • Serve as the Revenue Cycle regulatory liaison, managing accounts receivable and ensuring efficient management of the revenue cycle area across various departments.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to departments and revenue cycle staff on best practices, system usage, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of the Charge Description Master (CDM) and manage updates and changes to billing software systems.
  • Other Assigned Duties.

What We Need From You:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years in hospital or physician revenue cycle management, billing, or coding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field. (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems and billing software.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible)
  • (Hybrid Work Model after 90 days)
